I'm Jada Berteaux the Vulnerable Free Spirit --living and loving my authentic self. I am a conflict resolution and communication consultant, author, vulnerability capacity coach and self-discovery enthusiast.

I help individuals and workplace teams reach greater awareness about how conflict and ineffective communication impact total productivity and balance. Self-discovery, focused skill building and authentic connection are some of my favorite tools.

With greater awareness, training, coaching and other conflict resolution and communication tools, I assist in the resolution of conflict and improved communication skills. My work encourages team trust building in support of reaching team goals. I utilize my skills to coach individuals through the resolution of internal and external conflict in order to welcome and experience greater vulnerability and authenticity.

As a conflict resolution professional and vulnerability capacity coach, I have learned as much about myself as I have about the clients with whom I have worked. This journey has led me to embrace the phrase self-discovery enthusiast and my mission is to help others learn to enjoy the journey of self-discovery and to become self-discovery enthusiasts, too!

Through my work in mediation, coaching, training and facilitating groups, I saw myself in so many of the people who wrestled with a myriad of internal and external conflicts.

Through all of this, I came to realize that resolving the internal conflict between the person who we show to the world and the person who we really are (our greatest selves) is vital to discovering, or re-discovering, a passion for life and a drive forward on a more fulfilling journey.
